Active-e C2B, B2B & eCommerce

Active-e integration refers to 3 services.

  1. C2B (requires hosting) - This is a secure connection that allows customers to view and update their billing information, make payments, and review purchase history, repair/estimate status and order statuses. They can also sign up for lessons or memberships on-line.
  2. B2B - Secure and direct connection to participating vendor catalogs like Quality Bicycle Products (QBP), Giant Bicycles, Specialized, and Hawley USA. You can place orders, check available stock and stock prices, and locate new products for your store. This can help lessen or eliminate product data entry .
  3. eCommerce - Inventory integration with AIMsi makes this an unbeatable eCommerce solution. There is no need to re-enter your inventory and your customers benefit from a secure shopping experience with up-to-the-minute inventory updates.
